Thermoforming has always been applied to meet the most varied needs thanks to the inexpensiveness of its investment as regards the equipments and the freedom of shape it allows. Covers for hydrothermal boilers, dashboards and fairing, packaging pallets and robotized handling are Free Plast normal productions.

Special attention has been reserved to handling layers, partly thanks to the existing cooperation with companies which design and use robotized handling machines for which Free Plast offers a detail design service on specific requests by the customer using the most suitable materials for the subsequent use or for the component to be handled (e.g. cleaning degree of the piece, presence of oil perforation oil, abrasive or corrosive materials, etc.)
